Introducing our new Strada Gravel Alloy Plus 700c.

As an extension of our in house signature series we are proud to offer the Gravel Alloy Plus 700c wheel set. If you are looking for an all-round wheel upgrade for your gravel bike, backed up with great long term durability then this is the wheel set for you.

The Gravel Alloy Plus is the next in the series following on from our popular Strada All Road Plus Disc wheel set. 100% hand laced and tensioned from our workshop in Arundel Sussex. We have carefully chosen each component to insure the highest of build quality. Both hubs & Spokes are manufactured in Italy by our long term supply partners, and paired with our premium wide rims.

These 700c wheels are priced as standard with our in house Strada (Miche) RDX hubs. Alpina F1 bladed sprint spokes, lifetime rim warranty and free delivery in the UK ONLY. For hub upgrades, please configure your wheelset via the dropdown menu to Hope Pro5 C-lock or the DT Swiss 350 C-lock Hubs.

Wheelset Weight: Strada (Miche) RDX Center-Lock disc 1627g (XDR)

Hubs:

  • Strada (Miche) RDX Center-Lock disc compatible. Traditional J-Bend spoke flanges increase the wheels durability by utilising shorter spoke lengths.

Hub Bearings:

  • Designed for All Season conditions, the rear hub is packed with five 17mm oversized sealed cartridge bearings to distribute an even load across the hub axle. Front hub is also fitted with 17mm oversized cartridge bearings..

Rims:

  • Strada In House Premium Aluminium 446g, 22mm rim. Optimised 25mm internal width / 29mm External Supporting tyre widths from 28mm – mm. Compatible with both standard clincher & Tubeless Tyres. Tubeless Mutli head valves & Sealant can be added in the drop down menu.

Spokes:

  • F1 Sprint bladed aero spokes designed in house and exclusive across Strada’s full wheel range. Manufactured in Italy, our spoke increases torsional and lateral wheel stiffness up to 18% whilst maintaining compliance.

Nipples:

  • Brass Black Self-locking, patented system, assuring highest functionality and reliability. A nylon shock-absorber insert, absorption of micro-vibrations to increase the durability of the spoke.
  • Cavity Protection Wax:
  • After the wheel building process is complete, each internal rim cavity and internal spoke interface gets a coating of Dynax UB anti-Corrosion wax. This protects the internal rim cavity & spoke nipple from acidic cleaners and road salt. Strada uses this process on all wheel builds.

True for Life Warranty:

Like all Strada Wheels, the Strada Gravel Alloy Plus has our True for Life Warranty. This means if you break a spoke, fault or non-fault. Return your wheel to Strada and we’ll carry out the repair. Parts and labour will be covered by Strada. Note that all returns will need the original purchase invoice or invoice number. These are recorded on our system.
